Meet Rachel
Owner & Audiologist
Dr. Rachel Otto-Thorpe holds a Doctor of Audiology from Northwestern University. She specializes in hearing loss, tinnitus, hyperacusis, and misophonia. Dr. Rachel provides patient-first care at The Hearing Source in Brandon, FL with a focus on comfort, education, and real-life outcomes. She is also passionate about giving back through local and international hearing healthcare efforts in partnership with the nonprofit Hearing the Call (www.hearingthecall.org/us/tampabay).
Meet Courtney
Patient Care Coordinator
Courtney is the friendly voice you’ll hear when you call The Hearing Source and the welcoming smile you’ll see at the front desk. Originally from South New Jersey and raised in Florida, she has called the Sunshine State home for more than 20 years. With over 10 years of customer service experience and a background in healthcare, she now serves as Patient Care Coordinator and Audiology Assistant Trainee. Courtney is dedicated to helping every patient feel comfortable, supported, and cared for on their journey to better hearing.
